Angelina Alyabyeva

Angelina Alyabyeva is a multifaceted legal professional, entrepreneur, and dispute resolution specialist based in Cyprus, bringing together expertise in compliance, alternative dispute resolution, and cross-cultural legal practice.

Holding both an LLB (Hons) and an LLM from the University of Central Lancashire, she has built a distinguished career spanning legal compliance, arbitration, mediation, and corporate law.

Currently serving as CEO and Managing Director of Alyabyeva Assistance Ltd, Angelina also holds the position of Head of Legal Compliance and ADR Associate at G K Tailormade Solutions Ltd, where she champions effective and ethical conflict resolution. She is a certified Commercial Arbitrator and Mediator, recognized by the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and the Association of European Attorneys, among others.

Her professional reach extends globally — she is a Member of WIPO ADR Young, a Proactive Arbitrator at Delos Dispute Resolution, a Committee Member of INADR, and a Mentor at Women in Tech Global. She also holds certifications in AML compliance from ICA, CYSEC, and AGRC.
