Raluca-Ioana Man

Raluca Ioana Man is a strategy advisor, investor, and ecosystem builder working with founders, executive teams, and boards on positioning, growth decisions, and cross-border expansion.

She is the founder of RSEVEN, a strategy firm advising organizations where direction, credibility, and execution shape long-term value.

She is the creator of the Business Society Accelerator (BSA), a regional platform connecting founders, senior advisors, and investors through curated strategic sessions and high-level forums. Raluca is actively involved in incubators and accelerator programs, where she mentors and advises startups on business models, go-to-market strategy, governance readiness, and investor positioning.

She serves on multiple boards of directors and advisory boards, supporting organizations on strategy, governance, and growth. Alongside her advisory work, she is active in early-stage investing, working closely with founders beyond advisory roles. She also serves as Business Development Advisor for ServPRO Accountants & Consultants, Vice President of ICC Women Network Cyprus, and represents Cyprus as the country chair for Brand Creation and Marketing within the global G100 initiative.
